DEBUT OF VDP GROSSE LAGE®
Monday | 2nd September 2019 | noon till 5.00 p.m. (trade only)
Berlin will host the exclusive premiere of the new vintage of VDP GROSSES GEWÄCHS® wines. Alongside the dry wines from VDP GROSSE LAGE® sites (2017 for the whites, 2016 for the reds), there will also be naturally sweet white wines and mature vintages from VDP GROSSE LAGE® sites. An extended VDP GROSSE LAGE® tour will kick off across Germany starting in January 2019.
Wines from VDP GROSSE LAGE® sites are typically ranked among the very finest produced anywhere in Germany's winegrowing regions. Their origin from carefully defined top sites, taken together with the personal script of the VDP winegrower, ensures not only high quality, but a distinctive character as well.
